Hey guys, today I want to show you guys how I secure my wig down most of the time I don't glue or jail my wigs down, I always use an elastic band it works for me. I don't have to worry about my wig moving or shifting or even flying off, so my method is pretty secure. What I used is this non roll elastic band, you can pick it up from any fabric store. I prefer to have my hair braided and a stocking cap on before I get ready to apply the band take my elastic band behind my head, and I take one side and bring it to the front, like where my eyebrows begin and I like to pull it all the way around and I'm pulling the elastic band until I get to the other side where my other eyebrow begins. I like this method because it makes my wig feel a whole lot tighter not to the point where it give me a headache.

That's what the back looks like, but over time, you'll have to replace the elastic band because it loses its elasticity. Now you wear more. Let's go to the sewing department. I put the belt behind the hairline so that you can't see the elastic band on the hairline. So I'll put another piece in the right place. The elastic band is in the same direction so that both ends will be inward. I just take a needle and put the elastic band on the wig cap.

I'm sewing the tape on the lace, but make sure you don't pull it too tight, because you can pull the lace in, so you have to choose a suitable position. On the other hand, once you've finished, it's what your wig should look like. You can see that it's in the same direction. That's how you put it on. The front of your wig is facing you, the back of your wig or the inside of your wig is facing you in the opposite direction. Make sure. The tape is completely straight. I'll turn to one side. You can pull it. Of course, keep adjusting the wig. It won't go anywhere because you can see that you can still put your hair on it. But keep in mind the back is not secured. So that's how the back would look with the wig on you can always take your comb in the back of the wig and push it underneath the band, then let's move on to styling this way, so such a wig will be ready to wear.
